By registering on GrantDays online platform you can create the registry you want, save all your wishes, customize your personal settings, enjoy benefits and offers, and of course manage your list from its creation to its completion and acquisition.

Choose the type of registry you wish to create. You can choose one of the basic and most popular types of registries (wedding, christening, baby shower, birthday, student life) or create your own personal type of list depending on the event you want to organize or the occasion you want to celebrate.

The GrantDays online village invites you to browse the categories of products, services and activities we have carefully selected and which we update according to the latest trends and preferences. You can search for your favourite brands and products or refer to our product pages for ideas and countless options. By filling in the relevant form with your initial thoughts, needs or preferences, GrantDays team will automatically provide you with the best ideas. If you have limited time or are in the mood for more inspiration, you can also start your registry by browsing Inspiration & Recommendations by GrantDays and making any adjustments you want.

 

Apart from adding specific products, services or activities, you always have the option to add GrantDays gift cards to your registry, which you can redeem with future purchases whenever you wish.

 

Moreover, you can add the option of Group Gifting to your registry, which allows your guests to collectively participate and contribute to the purchase of higher value gifts, unique travel getaways and honeymoons, as well as long-life utility goods.

 

You can also choose whether you want your registry to be Public (accessible to everyone) or Shareable (accessible only to your guests). In the case of a public registry, your approval will be requested for anyone who might be interested in contributing in addition to your own guests.

 

After creating your registry we will ask you how you want to receive your gifts: partial shipment/delivery of the gifts (with the purchase of each gift) or total shipment/delivery of all gifts (upon completion and closing of the registry).

 

Communicate your registry and invitation to your loved ones.

Share the event you are hosting or the occasion you want to celebrate and invite your loved ones to participate in the registry you have prepared. With the relevant options you can:

• Create your own invitation by choosing from our team's ready-made ideas and suggestions for the design and content of the invitation.
• Send your invitation to both those who will be able to attend and those who will not be able to attend, by including the WE CONNECT feature, a free GrantDays service that enables guests who cannot physically attend to participate via videoconference. Learn more here.
• Forward your invitations with bulk SMS and emails that GrantDays handles for free. You can also simply forward your registry link (URL) through your personal account (social media, email or SMS).

 

Follow our updates on your guests’ selections and make any adjustments you wish to your registry.

Give your guests time to browse the content of the registry you have created and choose how to participate. We take care of updating you every time a gift is purchased, but of course you can log in at any time to check your registry status (what has been purchased, what is still available, etc.). As long as you keep your registry open you can still make changes to the gift options that are still for purchase.

Important to know! With every new update on an individual gift purchased we give you the benefit of Smart Change. Here, within 2 days of our notification, you can choose to replace that gift with a GrantDays gift card of the same value. Simply because you may have changed your mind and we want whatever is gifted to you to be useful and enjoyable. The above does not apply to Group Gift purchases for obvious reasons.

 

Close your registry and complete the receipt of your gifts.

Check to see if you have gathered the purchases you need and close your list whenever you want (no later than 3 months after the date of the event you're hosting).

Moreover, you can activate the option of Group Purchase, which allows your guests to collectively purchase some of the items in your registry. Any equipment purchased individually is delivered to the buyer, whereas in the case of a group purchase a recipient must be designated.

Here you can quickly and efficiently organise your team to get information and contribute to the acquisition of the required equipment, service or activity. Communicate the group activity you are organising and invite those you wish to participate. With the relevant options you can:

You can close your registry when all necessary purchases are completed, or it will automatically close on the date of the group activity.

 

If you are invited to a gift registry or a Group Activity registry

 

 

Connect to the registry to which you've been invited.

Follow the link of the invitation you have received or search the registry by typing the name of the organiser in the search.

 

Browse the list and choose how you want to participate.

• If you are invited to a Gift registry, you can choose the gift you want to offer.
• If you are invited to a Group Activity registry, you can participate individually or collectively in purchasing the equipment or service needed to enjoy the group activity. This list is informational in nature and helps each guest acquire only what they need. The most important thing for the organizer is your active participation in the activity.

The registrant will be informed of your choices and you will receive a corresponding update on the status of your purchase.

The process of creating and managing a Registry on GrantDays is an extremely simple and fun process.

 

We recommend that when you start creating a registry, you take some time to look through our recommended registries, always in conjunction with the responses we have received from you about what exactly it is that you need, the type of event you are hosting and other useful information.

 

The general management of your list is carried out in the following way:

 

By clicking on the My Registry button and then clicking on the Manage My Registry button.

 

You can browse the GrantDays Village online store and add products directly to your list by clicking the ADD TO REGISTRY button.

 

If you want to remove a product from the Registry you have created, open your list, find the product or service you want to remove and simply click on the trash can icon located in the upper right of each photo.

 

We remind you that products or services already purchased by your guests cannot be removed from the list. 

 

However, products and services that have been purchased by your guests and you do not wish to receive them, you may, within the timeframe set out in the Return and Exchange Terms, exchange them for GrantDays Gift Cards, which you may then use to purchase any other GrantDays item of equivalent value.

Yes! Of course you can make personal purchases on GrantDays even without registering or creating a registry.

GrantDays in collaboration with the travel agency Ask2Travel, offer the platform user, whether it is an event organizer and online list holder or a user who wishes to make personal purchases, unique packages of travel experiences.

 

Booking Engine works like all travel search and booking engines. By choosing to search and book such services, you are automatically transferred to Ask2Travel's secure environment and there you can search for, airline tickets, hotel accommodation, transportation rental, travel/excursion packages and many other unique tourism activities.

 

If you are a registrant and you wish to add such tourist services to your registry, you can use the search engine to find the options you wish to acquire, in order to configure the total amount of your "Travel Gift". You then add it to your list and the required amount is collected through the group subscription of your guests.

This amount is either delivered to you with an equal gift card from the travel agency in your name, or by transferring it to them against your reservation.

Funding (Cash Equivalent Gifts) is a unique feature that we have developed at GrantDays, in order to provide many options to adapt a large part of all traditional ways of gift giving to modern requirements.

The registrant, who chooses to list this service on the online registry they create, will have the option for the following:

 

• Individual Cash Equivalent Gifts

These are GrantDays Gift Cards, available in €25, €50 and €100. Guests on the registry will be able to buy as many Gift Cards as they wish. The GrantDays Gift Cards collected will be redeemable exclusively on the GrantDays shopping platform.

 

• Group Cash Equivalent Gifts

This is the group contribution of guests to one of the following gift categories:

1. GrantDays Highest Value Gifts
2. Honeymoon, Cruises, Organized and Customized Trips by External Partners
3. Longevity and Utility Goods (such as car, motorcycle, home furnishings, furniture and nursery equipment) by an External Partners

The amount raised will be returned to the organizer and registrant in the form of a GrantDays or External Partner Gift Card, which can only be redeemed at GrantDays or our External Partners.

The GrantDays Gift Card is a digital card, available in 25€, 50€ and 100€, which allows the guest of the gift registry to offer it instead of a gift, by choosing the amount they wish.

 

Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively for the purchase of products or services offered by our GrantDays partners.

Yes, of course you can!

 

First we ask the organizer and list holder for approval of this request, we inform you of the response we have received and you proceed with your purchase accordingly.

It is not the ideal option as the list holder has created the list according to their personal wishes and needs. However, because we recognize that you may have a special idea or thought for your loved one, we ask for the approval of the organizer and list holder, notify you of the response we have received and proceed with your purchase accordingly.

Yes, of course you can!

 

Each time you make a purchase with a redeemable GrantDays Gift Card, we will notify you with an email that includes a comprehensive breakdown of your gift card transactions.

However, you can, at any time, send us an email requesting that we provide you with a detailed overview of your transactions and balance.

If you wish to create a Group Activity, you can create a new list by selecting CREATE REGISTRY option and then choose Let’s Event from the drop-down menu.

 

You add to your list what you and your group need to purchase for the activity you are organizing, create the digital invitations and we share them for free via SMS and/or emails to participants.

 

You can check the progress of your list at any time through the MANAGE LIST registry.

Your guests can find the list that you have created by selecting the FIND A REGISTRY option and typing your full name or the name you have provided in the digital invitation you have sent them. 

Yes! Using the GrantDays online platform is completely safe for both you and your guests. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol, which encrypts your personal data.

We do not store credit and debit card details and all processes are subject to our privacy policy.

We will send you notifications every time you receive a gift via email. You can also check your registry status anytime you wish. The gifts that are purchased are not available for purchase anymore, so you won't receive the same gift twice.

There are the following options for picking up your gifts:

1. Immediate delivery of each gift purchased
2. Total delivery of all gifts after the registry is closed
