Payment Policy

Payments can be made as follows:

A) With Paypal: You can pay the amount of products or services you have selected through the Paypal payment system, in accordance with the specific terms of payment of the above system. In any case, the use of this payment method requires the creation of an account, according to the specific provisions of Paypal.

B) With Stripe with all accepted cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express).

If you choose the above payment method, you accept that it is subject to data validation and that the Company is not responsible in the event that the card is not accepted and therefore it is not possible to send the ordered products. All payments made using a card are processed through online payment platform. In any case, the details of your card in the context of its safe use and the making of payments are encrypted. Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key. If an amount for which the sale of a product is not completed is blocked, for example due to the unavailability of the product, the amount you paid will be refunded.

 

Method of Shipping - Delivery

To offer you the largest possible selection of high-quality products and services, we use a wide range of suppliers. The deliveries of the products are made by transport companies with which our Company cooperates or with which the respective supplier of the product or service in cases of direct shipment (from the respective supplier of the product or service) to you cooperates.

Geographical Range of Deliveries

The online store makes deliveries to all 27 countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. There are some restrictions and exceptions in deliveries to the other, apart from Greece and Cyprus, European countries, depending on a) the volume, b) the weight and c) the type of products. For these cases, you will be informed in the check-out process, as well as through relevant correspondence about the possible options.

Prices of Products / Gifts

The sales prices placed on the Website do not include shipping costs, as we address to Users / purchasers from different countries.

  • For individual Users – purchasers of products, the VAT has been included in the price of the products, while the shipping costs shall be calculated and displayed during the check-out process (based on postal code).
  • For Gift Purchasers, VAT has been automatically included in the prices of the Gift List products, as applicable in the country of delivery declared by the Gift List Holder. In case that the delivery country of residence of the Gift List Holder is outside EU, the VAT rate is null. The shipping costs will be displayed, upon completion of his / her order (checking out).

Undeliverable Order

If the shipping company is not able to deliver your order, the order will be returned to us and you will need to contact us in order to rearrange the shipment. In case the non-delivery is due to incorrect instructions (e.g. wrong address) or non-response on your side, we can save the products / Gifts until they are sent back, however you will be charged for any shipping costs as well as any storage and insurance costs.

 

Returns Policy

The Company provides a wide selection of thousands of products and potential Gifts (including group Gifts).

Gift List Holders 

Gift List Holders made the list a few months before the wedding or the event for which they created the relevant list and occasionally change their mind about what they want. It is possible that the Gift you selected as a Gift Purchaser will be replaced by another one from the Gift List Holder. Should this happen, the Gift List Holders are fully informed of what Gift you originally selected, and will receive your gift message.

Τhe exchange of any Gift whatsoever (including gift cards, Group Gifts and / or Gifts provided for as honeymoon, as well as the exchange of Gifts for the above categories of Gifts, Gifts that are made to your specific requirement, i.e. personalized customization) is not allowed.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Products or Gifts 

Should any product or Gift be damaged or faulty, you have the right to replace it. Please email the Company at info@grantdays.eu stating your details and the product / gift list number together with photographs of the damaged or faulty product or Gift and / or packaging and describing in brief the issue within seven (7) calendar days from their delivery to you.

The product or Gift must be accompanied by all original relevant documents (e.g. Invoice, Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. In these cases the following apply:

  • The product or Gift is received and checked in order to determine the reported defect.
  • Provided that it has been previously received and checked by the supplier, it will be replaced with a similar new one, or in case of unavailability it will be replaced with another new product of similar quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not want a replacement, we will refund the original purchase or we will give you a prepaid refund card. The refund is made in the manner the initial payment to the Company was made.
  • Shipping costs for both the return of the products and the re-delivery of the same new product are borne by the Company.
  • In any case, the Company reserves all its rights and especially the right to check the existence or non-existence of the indicated defect. In case the product or Gift is returned damaged or incomplete the Company has the right to request compensation, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the product or Gift and the right to unilaterally proceed with the offset of its claim against you in whole or in part.

Return due to Withdrawal 

If you no longer want a product or Gift and wish to return it, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days according to the following terms:

  1. Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in case of such a contract), or, in case of products: a. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the product, b. in case of multiple products ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last purchased product, c. in case of delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
  2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal. You are entitled to withdraw in accordance with the above provided that the Company has been previously informed and the product has been returned together with the relevant purchase receipt. The notification of the Company for the withdrawal can be made by sending on your behalf any clear statement in which you will express your explicit intent to withdraw. Especially, to withdraw, please contact us by sending an email to info@grantdays.eu or contact us on +357 22210299. If you send us your withdrawal notice by email, then your withdrawal is effective from the date you sent us the email. If you call us to notify us of your withdrawal, then your withdrawal is effective from the date you telephoned us.
  3. Your Obligations
    • I. Product return deadline: You must return the product without any undue delays and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you notified the Company about your decision to withdraw, according to the procedure described above, to the return address that we will provide to you. The deadline is met if you send the product back before the expiration of the deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days.
    • II. The products that will be returned to the Company must not be used, worn out or tampered or altered in any manner whatsoever. You are required to return the proof of purchase together with the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging without being used. In any case, you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
  4. Obligations of the Company
    • I. The Company will return any payment received, without any undue delays and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which it was notified of your decision to withdraw.
    • II. By way of derogation, the Company is not obliged to reimburse any additional delivery costs that you paid, if you had chosen a method with additional financial burden from the cheaper standard offered by the Company. We are not able to cover the cost of returns in case the product / Gift is not damaged or defective.
  5. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
    You are not entitled to withdraw as regards the following:
    • service contracts once the service has been rendered in full, if the rendering of the service began with the customer’s prior explicit consent, and with the acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited once the contract has been fully performed by the supplier;
    • the supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; such as personal care products (such as, indicatively, hair removal devices, shavers - cutters - hair clippers, brushes, toothbrushes and thermometers, etc.).
    • contracts in accordance with which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance works. If, in case of such visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than spare parts necessarily used in the maintenance or repair works, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods.
    • the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

Gift Purchasers 

You understand that the contract between us is to provide the Gift List Holder with a credit of the equivalent value of the amount paid by you for a Gift selected by the Gift List Holder.

Replacement by the Gift List Holder
In the event that the Gift List Holder replaces your Gift in any manner whatsoever, our responsibilities to you in respect of the Gift you chose will still be discharged as if the Gift you had chosen had been received by the Gift List Holder. In this case, we are under no obligation to inform you of the same, as we will already have liaised with the Gift List Holder directly, where necessary.

Right of Withdrawal
If after placing an order on the Website, you change your mind, you can cancel your order no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving an order confirmation from us, unless the Gift has been delivered to the Gift List Holder or the Gift List Holder has finalized the gift list.

If you contribute towards a Group Gift or Gift provided for as honeymoon, you will be unable to exchange or receive a refund unless the Gift is damaged or faulty. Any Gifts purchased will be delivered to the Gift List Holder directly and any returns or exchanges will be dealt directly with him / her.

Electrical Appliances 

It's important that you register any electrical appliances with their manufacturer as soon as possible in order to activate your warranty. The warranty card will always be included in the product packaging.

Should an electrical appliance be faulty, within the first thirty (30) days of receipt, we can arrange an exchange if the product / Gift is in its original packaging and the damage is reported within seven (7) days of delivery. If your electrical appliances become defective after the lapse of such period, you will need to contact the manufacturer for further information. We are happy to help you to resolve any warranty issues with any of our suppliers or send us an e-mail at info@grantdays.eu if you require any further information including proof of purchase.

Legal Guarantee

The Company is obliged to deliver the goods in accordance with the agreed agreement with the customer and without defects. The customer’s claims due to non-response to the agreement can be exercised within two (2) years.

Safe Products - Warranty Terms

The durable products that are sold by the Company have all necessary certifications for safe operation. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for the products that can be used simply) and a written operation guarantee of a reasonable duration. The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty relates, its exact contents, its duration, its local validity, and the rights provided by the applicable law. The warranty of the device is valid according to the manufacturer from the date of purchase and allows free repair of the problem, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • There must be a guarantee from the dealership and proof of purchase of the device.
  • The fixed components of the device have not been altered (Serial number - SerialNo.).
  • The damage must not be excluded based on the manufacturer’s warranty form.
