The "Vine of Hearts" is an exclusively handcrafted sculpture that is available in a very limited number. This piece has been meticulously crafted using traditional techniques such as wire brushes, cutters, files, and silver melds, with great attention to detail. The inspiration for this sculpture comes from the art of Ikebana, and it was designed in collaboration with Vasso Morfiadaki. Ikebana is an ancient Japanese art form that involves arranging flowers in vases in a formalized ritual. This practice mirrors the principles of the universe and aims to enhance the healing properties of the flowers while rejuvenating the human spirit. The artifacts of branches, leaves, grains and seeds, fruits, and flowers are combined abstractly and simply to offer a representation of the relationships between man, earth, and sky. The art celebrates the cycle of life and death and solemnly promises rebirth. The unique nature of handcrafted items guarantees that each piece created is one-of-a-kind. The materials used in creating the "Vine of Hearts" sculpture are bronze, dark bronze patina, and copper. The dimensions of this piece are W 34 - D 10 - H 65 cm.
